I have worked with ChirTouch for 5 years and I love information technology. I recommend it to all chiropractors I work with. Customer service is, generally, very helpful and they are at least attentive and quick to respond. The whole organization is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with. The but matter that needs help is the patient statements. Instead of separating the corporeality due from the insurance co and the patient, it will put those 2 amounts together, before the insurance has paid the DOS and print a statement every bit if the patient owes the whole rest so with the 100s of patients we take, it is not economical to print all those statements and go through them 1 by one for accuracy. We were moving from an EHR that was not working well for the clinic.
The version I accept is hosted at the office. I know that EHR is going to an online platform and that is the "in matter" correct now. But, with the hosted version, I ain the licence and once paid off, I don't have to make that 400$ a month payment to utilise it.
They do not guide you on how to use the software in real life practise. Aye, they teach you what the buttons exercise. Just knowing what the dials on an airplane mean is not the same affair as flying an airplane. They simply give you access to the manual for the program if you buy their maintenance packet. Only, the manual is very lacking on any detailed information that makes it extremely useful. It is a very cumbersome software parcel to showtime using. Also, they do not integrate with QuickBooks. I wished that I could get the finances from this program to talk with QuickBooks.
Practice fusion was a decent EHR to work with. Information technology just did not provide the Chiropractic specific options that made it like shooting fish in a barrel to piece of work with. Yep, I could accept programmed information technology in. But, that was super fourth dimension consuming. Yous could make information technology work for Chiropractic, but it is non set up for Chiropractic and that makes it hard to effectively use.
Information technology was really good to get my anxiety wet with EHR using Office Ally. But, it was but actually difficult to figure information technology out. I moved to Chirotouch due to use of the ipad during patient encounters. That is easier now than using Office Ally. I also liked that Chirotouch has all the financials in 1 program. I also needed a management system non just an EHR.

Easy to use program with lots of good features.
I appreciate the alive-chat for customer support however some more avant-garde questions are routed through what appears to be newer employees (often they are looking into things that are irrevalent to the issue). Equally someone who has used the program for seven+ years, I often have a better agreement of the functions than the support staff. Initially it looked very promising and would be swell for coding and reporting.
We were thinking of irresolute our current software we have used for x years every bit I'm not thrilled with the electric current software reports. Customer service was AWFUL, took days to hear dorsum. Neglected customers and continues to charge me for services after I kindly requested to get out of their awful contract. I have used CT for over 9 months. I used a competitor for over 25 years and finally made the switch. Information technology was the single best thing I did in 2021. The customization of my records has been great. I am able to document quickly and completely due to the robust nature of the program. The interface with the Scheduling / EHR / and billing has been a god-send, errors that used to occur have vanished since using CT.

Do not e'er sign up for automatic updates, they are riddled with problems. Spent over a year trying to correct problems from an update. Customer service is difficult to reach. When we sold the exercise and transferred the license to the new owner, they kept our credit card on file linked to her account without our permission. They too didn't fully disclose all the fees. Since CT was bought out, they have been in a steep decline. I cannot recommend this company or software to any colleague.

It is the Cadillac of software and was the best purchase I made when setting up my office. I have never regretted non going for a stripped down inexpensive software parcel. I don't know that there were any specific benefits, other than we got a new software arrangement when we left Healthsource last year. It allowed our office to go on operating. There are some things about it that I like better about it than HSWorx and there are things I miss near HSWorx. No software is going to have everything yous want... Don't know how else to answer this question.
A lot of things are customizable to brand it easy to apply and more often than not you tin detect what yous need easily. When yous actually get to a person, they usually are very friendly and courteous. They try to aid the best they tin can and inquire others effectually them for aid if they aren't sure. I don't retrieve I've had to call about the aforementioned event twice, which is a very good thing.
Reports are Not customizable and mostly do not fit what you need or requite you way likewise much information that does non let you to manipulate exported information easily without doing a lot of work to arrive usable. I do not need contact information on all reports for example. Let me pick and cull what I want on the reports so that I can get what I need. I've been in practice for 18 years and was with the aforementioned software visitor for the beginning 12 ..., we spent the last few y'all're struggling to find a program that would encounter our needs and honestly had stayed away from Cairo bear upon because we had heard horrors about their support ..... i've got to tell you everything I heard was completely wrong. The amount of support available and incredible if I've got a trouble I can immediately chat with somebody I tin can telephone call In, I have training videos at that place are forums, there's a manual ....information technology unbelievable the amount of support that is there. After spending the last year learning the program and seeing a 30% increase in the profits in my office because of the functionality of this program I actually think that any of the naysayers who had issues with support are people who haven't really dug in and done their work to make the program bachelor to do what they demand them to do. The macros that I've been able to create to be able to do my patient notes efficiently and effectively on an iPad in the room are unsurpassed by any program. And give thanks God this is an a cloud-based program so I ain all of my stuff! The only thing I did not honey about Chiro touch was the text message reminder integration.... We use review wave in conjunction with CT and it is a marriage made in heaven

The all-time thing about ChiroTouch, is well, everything! I love the ease of use. I love how dissimilar parts of the software overlap and talk to each other...no more than double, triple, quadriple entery. The developers have thought of just nigh everything when it comes to customizing software to and individual office, things I, every bit a thirty year part manager, would have implemented into my own software if I were to customize my own. The program is like shooting fish in a barrel to customize, in every aspect, to an private or group practice. The support is bar-none! If my call isn't answered alive within ten minutes, I can look a think, usually, within the 60 minutes. The back up staff is very knowledgeable and fortunately for me, very patient and agreement when I endeavor to accept programming into my own hands (even though I shouldn't) and stop upwards messing something up. I recommend ChiroTocuh highly to all my Chiropractic colleagues.
Probably the two main things I would alter in this software would be the power to customize forms (ie; exams, messages, reports) and the ability to have more options to run customized financial reports. As an administrator, possessor and office manager I like to take the ability to customize what reports I'd like to see.
